    Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.     Dr. Simeon says in "Pounds and Inches" that if we get to a weight that in the past was a "set point" we can stall there for as long as two weeks. I had a two week stall in Round 1 like that, but I just stayed with it. Maybe cut out your Melba Toast as I couldn't have that and lose. Also, are u in Ketosis? It took me till day 11 to get into Ketosis since I have Insulin Resistance.
