The motivation and tips that I got from everyone here, being held accountable for my daily activities helped me to continue to work toward my goals. Recharging my batteries, I am going at this full throttle, non-stop!

To become a new ME! My goal is not to be skinny, my goal is to be healthy enough to be able to take care of my children. They are my motivation and my reasons for doing what I do everyday!

Right now walking and just eating better. Following Dr. Ian's 4 Day Diet plan and eventually working toward eating healthy on my own.
