My Goals:
Lose weight, get into shape, incorporate exercise into my daily life, find encouragement, make new friends, change my life once and for all!
Also want to learn how to effectively calorie count!

My Program:
Trying portion control, learning how to cook, trying the 1/2 plate veggies, 1/4 grains, 1/4 protein, trying to avoid temptation, drinking more water and hopefully many more things once I get the hang of this site!

Other Information:
I love fashion, music (indie), dogs, beach, shopping (when i was thinner), pop culture, reality tv like Top Chef, Project Runway, Survivor & other bad reality!

Saw your post on how to stay on track. My suggestion is to find lots of good sparkfriends, who you stay in touch with daily. You will be amazed by the people you find, and their commitment to you and your health. Welcome, and best of luck. Spark will become a habit soon enough.
