Working towards a Healthier Me!

I used to think this was about creating a new me, like I could somehow remake myself. Now after being at this nearly a year, I think it's more about creating a better, healthier me. My focus this years will be on creating lifelong habits that will allow me to be live a better life.

Hello,

If you want to try home-made popcorn, just get a big pot, add about 1/3 cup popcorn (you can buy kernels alone at your local grocery store), drizzle with olive oil, and turn the heat to 8 (or just before the MAX). Just wait until it starts popping and keep an eye on it. When the popping slows down, remove it from the heat, wait a few seconds, and transfer in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt to taste and enjoy!

When my Mom comes over, I make a bowl with sprinkled parmesan on it and she loooooooves this. You can improvise - if you like sweet popcorn, sprinkle cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar. Make it your own.
