March Goals 2014

FAITH ~ Made to Crave Action Plan Bible Study with P31 Online Bible studies & Facebook Group (shout out to my G23 sisters who keep me sane & motivated!)

FITNESS ~ Streak Into Spring Challenge. I am extending mine for the entire month of March. Full 31 days for me. :-) Using Refit Rev (Love those girls) DVD Volume 2, Body Gospel, WATP and hopefully throwing in some Buti Yoga (my BFF teaches it and her gained body strength is amazing).

FINANCES ~ Paid off a lot of old debt with income taxes. Now time to tackle current credit cards & Dr's bills.

GOAL WEIGHT ~ Want to get to 144 by March 31st

~ Get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and run with endurance the race set out for me, keeping my eyes fixed on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of my faith.

January/February 2014 GOALS

*Faith: Starting "Made To Crave" bible study with Proverbs 31 online ministry on 1/19/2014. Can't wait to get started. I'm also a part of an online Facebook group which I totally adore - G23!!

*Fitness: Donna Richardson-Joyner Body Gospel 30 Day Challenge. Will start 1/19 to go along with the MTC Study

*Finances: Paying down one debt at time

September 2012:

I had to hit the reset button. Once upon a time I got to my goal weight using Spark People. That was 3 years and 2 kids ago. Lol... I've been trying unsuccessfully to get back to that goal weight. And have been having a difficult time trying to balance 3 kids (the 2 youngest 22 months apart), working a full time job, husband and a household. I'm to the point where I'm finally have to be real - what worked before just isn't working this time around. My season in life has changed and I will adjust with it.

It is simple sis. NEAT is non-exercise activity thermogenesis. A natural occurrence in the body when we fidget around. We are using the less dense muscles in the body when we walk, or tap our toes, or wriggle the legs or drum our fingers. Even simple house work. By being fidgety we can burn up to 350 calories a day! One woman really started digging in her house work and was burning 500 calories a day! Another woman gave testimony that by getting up once an hour while at work and pacing and standing for ten minutes at a time she ended up losing 63 lbs.!! Can you believe it, even standing keeps the NEAT burning. If we are idle the burning stops, but if we just fidget continuously it keeps stoked. That will be one way of keeping your streak up! Not just your regular workouts but keeping your NEAT burning!!!!

We can do this and keep up the great work!!!
