Hi, I'm Karen and I go to ITT-Tech three times a week for evening classes. Unemployed and over wieght along with being diabetic. I joined SparkPeople to start losing the wieght that I have and to get healthier than I am. My starting goals are as follows: measure out my portions, walk everyday, and to re2ard myself for reaching the first two goals once aday. Hey thanks for the comment. I am really struggling with my weight and diabetes which sucks. People here are really nice and encouraging which I truly am glad bc some ppl can be so cruel to ppl who are overweight. Look forward to talking to you!
