Hi- My name is Cassie. I just recently was the heaviest I have ever been at 260 pounds. I am on day #3 of my diet and I am down around 3 pounds! I know I won't keep losing weight this fast, but I hope to keep up a good momentium. I have two dogs and my current goal is to walk them daily.

This is a wonderful site with resources, tools and support. I suggest exploring a bit each day and making small changes over time. The nutrition and fitness trackers are extremely helpful.

Hey Welcome to Spark!

I joined back in February, it is the best choice I made for a lifestyle change. I have been overweight my whole life. I chose not to be the fat girl any longer!
Spark has many great tools. Check out the nutrition and fitness trackers, use them honestly and they will be a great asset to you.
If you need recipe ideas they are here, need to change up your fitness routine many ideas and videos here for you as well!
Need motivation or inspiration, Spark has some of the best. It has some of the best people on the journey to a healthy lifestyle.
Make sure you join some teams, add some friends, and blog!
Need to chat stop by my page or spark mail I am usually online!
