Well, it has been awhile! I just looked and my Spark Anniversary is Jan 5 2010. I have a little over 3 months to set a goal for myself and meet it.

Zumba classes started this month but this will be the last month. Again, not enough people signing up!!! They do not know what they are missing. I have been looking for classes around my job that I could go to before work, during lunch, or after.

I did go to one dance studio last Sunday for a ZUMBA class and it was a blast. Really any movement feels good!

As for my eating.......well it is always a work in progress. I have ordered the shakeology from BeachBody. I do like it but I have to make lots of grocery store runs for the fruit/juice and I have to plan for the 10 min in the AM to actually whip up my smoothie. So far it is NOT a habit but I am trying.

Breakfast is usually oatmeal (instant) and tea. I have not been bringing a lunch every day but I am going to have to really get there! I think it is essential to me not falling completely off the wagon. I was eating alot of salads during lunch and that was nice but sometimes I want something really hot!

The office is having a STEP challenge starting in October. I will get my pedometer next week and I will start logging steps as well as my exercise minutes (& food!).

I think my goal for my spark anniversary is to lose 21 LBS. That is 1.5 lbs per week. I know I will feel SO much better starting a new year with a 20 lbs weight loss. I can see victory now.
emoticon Wish me LUCK!
