My Program:
Working 0ut every day! Mixing it up with: *Zumba Class *Insanity DVDs *Jackie Warner DVD *Treadmill *Elliptical *Brazil Butt Lift *Various Weights I want to work out every day during my lunch break at work and I want to work out MOST days at home and at least one weekend day!!! I am also TRYING to eat a little healthier. This is the HARDEST for me!!!
Personal Information:
I have 2 daughters and I want to be a positive role model for them. I want them to see me eating healthy and working out.
