Ohhhhh to be active again

When I boil all the many reasons I have to get healthy again they mostly center around being active. I have always loved to be active and I have finally reached a weight and age that I just cannot pull it off. I have 7 kids and was very active with the first 3. I need to be there for the last 4. Not just be there, but BE THERE. Be the dad I want to be.

My Goals:
Getting healthier each day is my main goal. Weight is a measure of that, but I want to get back into an active lifestyle. Looking to eventually lose 140 pounds. My goal for this year is to lose 100 pounds in 2011.

My Program:
Using Spark People and my own 'project plan' with intermediate goals that keep things interesting. I am using SparkPeople to track food and how I am doing toward my nutrition targets in general. I workout 2.5 hours a week right now. 64 oz of water minimum. Plenty of fruits and veggies.
