I just graduated with my masters of Architecture degree in the Netherlands. As of February, I'll be in Vancouver, BC. After years of gaining and losing the same 20 lbs, I'm seeking a permanent, sustainable lifestyle change that will allow me to enjoy the foods I love as well as a healthy, fit body. My fitness loves include yoga, walking, cycling, hiking, running, and swimming. I'm a foodie who loves to cook; meal prep is a daily challenge in nutrition ...
