I HAVE, I CAN and I WILL. Half way through my journey. This is my mantra now. I get stuck, I forget that I can do this, and I think about settling for just a 70lb loss. I start to feel it's too hard, and then I remember, I Have done this. I've lost 70lbs. I haven't been in the 230s in almost 20 years. Then I realize I CAN do this. And you can bet I WILL be in Onederland before the end of the year.

My Goals:
Funny how in six months time your entire goal can change. It was lose 100 lbs in a year. I still want to do that, and I WILL, but now it's also about making those lifestyle changes. My goals are to live healthier (I just quit smoking), be more active, and gain knowledge about nutrition so I NEVER go back to where I started.
My Program:
I work out 6 days a week, walking 10-30 miles a week, and weight training 3 days a week in the gym. I've stated incorporating some jogging in with my walks, and completed my first 5K in April 2012 in 40:13.
