    emoticon Nancy. Welcome to Spark people. It's a great place to be. I been sparking quite a while, but finally settled down and I'm blogging every day, it's a good thing to do. Gets your thoughts on paper and it's a good history of what you have been doing.

    Best suggestion: Use the Nutrition Tracker. Conquer it, learn to use it. When you get familiar and comfortable with it, you can add more things to it. At the end of each day there is a full report you can look at, which I do, giving me my stats. Tells me how many carbs, calories, fat and protein I have had and where I'm short or over. Then I can learn to adjust accordingly.
