I would like to lose 20 pounds by May 31st, 2014.

My Program:
Today I am setting my plan and intentions in motion. Tomorrow I start with diet & exercise plans which include portion control, sugar control, stress management (meditation), and low/no impact exercise (walkawaythepounds/pilates).

Personal Information:
Maine, I love this state! I enjoy hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, ice skating...just love being outside.
