My Program:
I eat 1200-1600 calories per day and mix resistance training with cardio: SUNDAY: OFF MONDAY: Group 1 (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quads, Abs)+ 40 min cardio TUESDAY: Group 2 (Back, Biceps, Hamstrings, Calves, Obliques)+ 40 min. cardio WEDNESDAY: OFF THURSDAY: same as Monday FRIDAY: same as Tuesday SATURDAY: 60 min. intense cardio
