My Goals:
I am trying to work out more often. I do a lot outdoors but in the winter it is a challenge. I started out good, lost some weight then had a few bad weeks and added strength training in 2-3 times a week and now I am back to were I was when I started. I know muscle weighs more than fat but it is hard when the scale goes up. I hope to lose 25-30 lbs or a couple pant sizes. My goal is to feel more comfortable with my body rather than focus on a number.
My Program:
I am calorie counting which has opened my eyes to how unhealthy some foods really are! I still love my salads but have also learned that the salad bar is not my friend. There are too many "extras" to add. I need to work on measuring out my food instead of guessing. Trying to include more fruit and veggies but monitoring how my Crohn's reacts.
Personal Information:
I live outside of Minneapolis, with my dogs. I have been dealing with Crohn's since 2006 and it makes it a challege to eat healthy foods. I am very limited on fruits and veggies since a lot of them make me sick.
