Update I guess 1/19/2016
It's still day by day! I'm not quite in my groove just yet. It's only been about a week since I picked back up. But I had a light bulb go off earlier as I was getting dressed to jam out....I have spent my entire adult like trying to lose weight!!=. I Will be 37 this year! I think it's about time I stop taking these days for granted and change my LIFE & MINDSET for the betterment of my family & myself. I want to be my most healthiest by the time I am 40, but I will take ...

I want to be my most healthiest by the time I am 40, but I will take it sooner if need be lol. Having said that: Conquer the mind, Conquer the body is my ULTIMATE GOAL!!
Now everytime I try to update my page, the dang on computer seems to go haywire and loses all my stuff. So I am going to try this once again and make this short (as I am) and sweet ( another great character of mine as well) and just pray for the best!
This is like my 2nd go round with my weight and I refuse to let it get to 3 or even 15! I've been knocked down several times, but I have also been told that, "if you don't quit, you can't lose." So with that in mind; I WILL, I CAN, HELL YEAH!!!! Say it with me now on the count of three: 1, 2, 3- I WILL, I CAN, HELL YEAH!!! Just a little chant I learned from the GOYAAM team. I have been taken for a spin, "up a hill and down a hill" as my toddlers say while running around the coffee table. However; I don't plan on quitting no time soon, no matter how many times I lose my momentum! I'm a DONE girl now who may still have low self esteem, still hates trying on clothes-even the ones I make. But I can and I will...well you know the rest!!
MY BODY IS THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WILL LOVE, CHERISH, HONOR, AND RESPECT IT 100% AT ALL TIMES. NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!

Get in 360+ cardio mins per wk/ Monday - Saturday and rest on Sun
Strength train 3 days per wk 10-40 mins
Tuesdays upper body and abs
Thursdays lower body and abs
Saturdays full body
MY NUTRITIONAL GOALS
Stay between 1300-1500 cals per day
Watch my sugar intake
Follow my 3 hour eating rule
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper LOL!!!!!!
Eat 5-6 small meals, never skipping breakfast
Hey all welcome newcomers and greetings to my wonderful sparkpeople friends that I have already met and enjoy so much. Well I had to and recommitt myself to being the smart, funny, loving, GOD fearing, beautiful, mother and superwoman that I am. I fell off big time, but now I am back with a vengence to be healthier. I've had some life changing moments since I started SP and expect there will be more, but I know that I can handle it and I will. Where there is a will, there is most certainly a way and I am a firm believer in that. I restarted my journey last wk, but I am just now getting around to updating my page. So once again, I'm off and I WILL do this. I CAN do this!!!! It is still my time to shine. Slow and steady wins the race and I am willing to go the distance!!!!!
Trying to feel great in 2008!!!! I started this journey back in October with little success. But I am determined to get back into the swing of things and start over by looking and feeling great this year. This is my time to shine and I will do it well with the help of GOD, the wonderful people of sparkpeople.com, and all the friends and fans I have incorporated thus far!!!!!!
