Right now my next goal is to be lighter than my hubby. I have never been! He is a 230 so I am about 9 pounds away...
I have been following a Low Glycemic Index diet. I have found that this is the only thing that works for me. I exercise at least 3x a week either by swimming laps at the local pool or going on my treadmill. I also like to walk the 2.5 kms to the end of my country road and back when I have time :)
My husband and I own an automotive business and three summer cottages in New Brunswick. We are busy people but still find time to have fun with friends and family.
