With what I learned from the book and nutrition tracking on Spark I've learned to get 40 grams of fiber a day. ie. breakfast - oatmeal, blueberries and walnuts are a standard breakfast for me

It looks like the Champions filled up a couple of days ago. My SP friend that I walk with is on your team - ACCEPTHECHLNGE. She's stayed with that team each time and enjoys it. emoticon Kate signed up for the Walkers, Runners, Joggers & Gadgeters.

Thanks Jane for your wonderful support, wish I could say I did the hard work, but it is just lack of food for the big loss this week lol! Was living on smoothies, I'm now on a soft diet!
