My Goals:
I want to lose 15 pounds by the end of August. Run a half marathon in September.
My Program:
I focus on eating healthier and aim for 30-60 minutes of activity each day! I row twice a week on a team, run at least twice a week, and fill in the other days with other activities like biking, swimming, Kinect fitness, horseback riding, or Pilates!
Personal Information:
I live in Canton, Ohio with my 4-year-old daughter. I recently returned to grad school for my JD/MPA.
Other Information:
I used to think being athletic was something you were born with - I have recently come to realize that it is something you DO!
