My Goals:
My goal is to maintain healthy eating habits and to stay away from things that I know are not good for my body. I do not deprive myself of things that I like, but everything in moderation.
Personal Information:
I am a mother of 3 sons who are now grown and out on there own. I am also the proud grandmother of 2 grandsons. I live in Southeast Louisiana and is happily married. I have lived in several other states and Germany as well. I am easy going and mellow and believe that there is some good in everyone even if they are not showing it. I love SparkPeople and am very happy that my sister introduced the site to me.
Other Information:
Some of my hobbies are beading, knitting, crocheting, reading.
