My Program:
Use the Food Tracker to monitor my food intake at least once a week. Work out at home with DVDs alternating days weights and abs. Walk, run, cycle or do DVD cardio routine for 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week. See below. Take a cycling class 1-2 days a week. Currently I am only running two days a week 3-6 miles per run.
