My Program:
Use the Food Tracker to monitor my food intake at least once a week.

Work out at home with DVDs alternating days weights and abs.

Walk, run, cycle or do DVD cardio routine for 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week. See below.

Take a cycling class 1-2 days a week. Currently I am only running two days a week 3-6 miles per run.




Personal Information:
I live in Oregon and I love it here. I am married and we have raised 3 wonderful children.

Thanks! We move Aug 1st, unless the current tenant decides to move out early (which we are hoping :)).
Andrew has to be out of his apartment July 27th so it might get interesting there

It definitely has taken a toll and I'm feeling so much better now that he seems to be feeling better.

I like myfitnesspal. It's easy to track, I like that I can scan the upc and it uploads the nutrition into the tracker. I have it on my phone and kindle so it is easy to track what I'm eating. The ease of it and not having to be in front of my computer is helpful.

I'm excited to get my new heart rate monitor next week so I can start inputting a closer calorie burn to make it more accurate :)

Me too! It makes it much easier to have to give him the shot because it is a little unnerving for me to have to do it but he totally doesn't mind. And I really think it is helping.
