My Program:
Use the Food Tracker to monitor my food intake at least once a week.

Work out at home with DVDs alternating days weights and abs.

Walk, run, cycle or do DVD cardio routine for 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week. See below.

Take a cycling class 1-2 days a week. Currently I am only running two days a week 3-6 miles per run.




Personal Information:
I live in Oregon and I love it here. I am married and we have raised 3 wonderful children.

Hey Huddle Buddy!! The concert was put on by a local college (but most of the singers weren't students). Apparently, they have two major concerts a year, the other at Christmas. It was a nice change of pace for me and very enjoyable.
