I haven't touched this page in probably a year. Here's the deal: I identify as an athlete, but I've gotten complacent. I want to feel strong and capable again. I am overweight, but that's not really the important part. The important part is that I can't run as far as I'd like, skate as hard as I'd like, or lift as much as I'd like. I'm not a huge weight lifter, but I used to be able to carry people around effortlessly. I want to feel like that again. I don't have the "don't mess with me" ...
