Halfway There

I've been working at this for a year now, and I am halfway there for pounds, but way farther than that in strategies, and habits, and motivation, at least today! That's okay, if I keep doing this today (rather than tomorrow), it'll happen.

My Goals:
I will weigh 133 (from a high of 183, and current 158) in 6 months (new target date, 9/1/07).



I will regain core strength so my posture is upright (even when writing) and my lower and upper back don't hurt.



I will be physically active at least 5 days/week.



I will be fit enough that using stairs and playing outside with my kids is not a nuisance.



I will eat 5 servings of fruit and vegetables every day.



I will enjoy a reasonable serving of "treat" at special occasions, and not long for it at other times.

My Program:
I concentrate on staying in the calorie range, and water EVERY day. My ultimate goal is intentional workout 3 times each week, and active play every day. For now, if I can be active in either way three times per week, it'll be on the right road.

Personal Information:
We homeschool (ask questions anytime), so the kitchen is a constant temptation and workout time is a challenge.
