Fitness is the Final Frontier

My life style was killing me. I changed half of it.

I lost 66 pounds on a "structured food plan program" which had emotional and spiritual components and I released fat body and the diet mentality.

But I did not add on the other half of the health picture:
FITNESS THROUGH EXERCISE!

TODAY my challenge is to create balance and self compassion, in all areas of my life, and to put exercise on my plate for physical, emotional and spiritual well ...
