HI! I am a 45 year old mom of 2 (girl 17 and boy 15) happily married for over 22 years. I have always been overweight. 24 years ago I had done a liquid diet and gone from 212 to 132. But I slowly gained it all back to be 215, get pregnant, lose to 200, get pregnant, gain to 245. I am now trying to work on AND STICK TO losing it again.

As you see by my many, many Spark Teams, I have varied interests.
My first Spark Team was the Yoga Booty Buddies as those DVDs were what started my fitness journey.
I also enjoy my 2 kids, my husband, World of Warcraft, being a Girl Scout leader, crafts, Renaissance Fairs, yoga, fantasy, books, mysteries, kayaking, and my daughter has peanut allergies.

Hi, Melanie! What a beautiful family you have!! I am trying to lose the last 10-15 lbs. of my baby weight (I gained almost 70 lbs.), while attempting baby number 2... Slightly counter-productive I suppose, but it will be worth it!

Hi, as you know I'm team captain of our Beautiful Breakees. My duties are to make a weekly post showing our team's total pounds lost for that week and the Biggest Loser for that week. I will also have to post the names of people we still need to hear from for that week. Since the weigh-ins are all on Friday, I will post that information on Saturday. I'll also send personal notes to anyone who hasn't reported.
To kick things off, let's see which team can be the first to have someone reach 199! Of course, our team will have that person, but we need to think of an appropriate wager. Any ideas?
