Music Mom's weight loss
I am a stay-at-home mom of 2 boys (ages 9 and 6). I have always had problems with my weight but I feel like this time is different. I've been a part of Spark People since December 2007, and this is the longest that I have stuck with any type of weight loss program. The funny thing is that I don't feel like that's what this is. This is a lifestyle change that has really changed the way I do things.

On September 3, 2012 I reached my goal weight of 144 pounds! So excited, and a little bit scared, to be switching over to maintenance, but I know that I can do it!!
As of November 18, 2012 the scale has slowly crept back up so I am moving back into weight loss mode. This is tough!
