Music Mama - Movin' & Losin' for a Better Me!

Following RNY Gastric By-Pass surgery in March 2006, I have lost 112 lbs. It's been nearly three years since my surgery and I am working on losing another 20-25lbs. I love the changes in my mind and body but will not stop trying to improve on my success. I'll never go back to being obese and want to once and for all be able to say that I am not overweight. I need to lower my BMI by about 2.5 points to officially be a "normal" weight.
