I deserve the BEST!

I am tired of being over weight, out of shape and just plain tired of being tired. I have lost a kajillion pounds but unfortunately it's been a long time since I successful kept it off. I am worth the effort to be the best I can be. My goal is to be happy, -125 pounds, and live my life.

Hope you're doing well today! Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for stopping by and commenting on my dancing bears blog! Sure am having a blast with this Fall Fitness Frenzy, it was just what I needed. I haven't lost a lot of weight but I've made some great friends and they keep me moving and that's all that matters!

Cat I hope you are all settled back in your home and you are getting your grove back. Now that you had a good change from camper to house, it is the best time to lock in those habits you want to get you healthy. As long as you do not fall back into old habits, we one step ahead. Here is to hoping for a long fall so we can get in lots of walks before winter arrives. emoticon
