My Goals:
My goals are to feel better, look better and live healthy - I plan to start living to my expectations not those of everyone around me. I've concentrated on what everyone else thinks for so long, I've forgotten how to take care of my needs. Or even to realize what my needs truly are!

My Program:
I'm on the GCG VLC diet, drinking water, walking, eating 3 meals a day, and taking time out evryday to contemplate on what I need and want. Yhis is all new to me and a little scary.

Personal Information:
I'm a 50+ great grand mother form the Pacific NW. I'm the Operations Manager for a large company. I work 60+ hours a week. I enjoy all types of crafts; beading, jewelry making, crocheting, knitting, photography, to name a few. I enjoy golf.

11 days, 15.4 down! You and I are in the same boat, having learned so much from so many failed attempts. I was just telling someone earlier today that you just take each little - this works - this doesn't - and add it to the list, eventually you'll know how to do it and KEEP it off. I was reading some things and seeing people not understand that there is no going back to the behaviors and sometimes even the foods, it really has to be a complete transformation of one's self. I got that you got it. I get it too! Glad to have you as a SP friend!
