JOHAL52 is still in a holding pattern over life. But that's okay--sometimes holding patterns can lead to growth--it's up to me :) -- Her status for 2Aug11 -- A small comment that speaks volumes.

Update - 24Mar12

CATINCJ Never set your goals at some else's pace or evaluate your performance by someone else's standards. Added 2May13 from her feed that day.

My Goals:
To exercise more, get more toned, and get to a healthier weight. I would like to stave off any joint problems in legs and hips.

Another goal which I have is to get rid of a lot of the "stuff" I possess, way more than I need to have.

12/11/11 -- Still working on that 15% goal. Have also been working at the de-cluttering, but have along way to go...

1/22/12 -- Not much progress on the weight front, but have had some de-cluttering success, mainly thanks to my son's efforts at getting things boxed up instead of just thrown into heaps. Still have a long ways to go on getting the boxes sorted out...

My Program:
11/15/09 --I use the nutrition tracker and follow no particular weight loss diet, just try to keep the food pyramid as a guideline. I have been customizing the "my favorites" list to include the foods I use the most. Since the last part of September, I have been also making use of the exercise tracker, trying to get at least some cardio and strength training in every day.

2/24/13 - Still working with the same nutrition program. Started WATP on 2Jan13 and am seeing how long a streak I can get.

Personal Information:
I live in Northeastern Montana. I work more than full time at a desk job. I spend way too much time on the computer...

Other Information:
Am a cat person. Like to knit, sew, quilt, garden -- but don't seem to get much of them done.

9/4/11 - I have been getting a bit of knitting done and have finished a couple projects.

1/22/12 -- I have been getting a bit more knitting done, mostly hats since they are pretty quick and easy. I am working on small, simple projects during meetings since I don't need to constantly look at what I'm doing.

2/24/2013 -- Several fiber craft people have been meeting during lunch hour once a week to work on projects, visit, and show off our latest projects. We also share techniques when someone has a problem with their project.

DH's employer is actually trying very hard to give him next weekend off. The problem is they are short handed already and now someone else is leaving for another position so in a way the boss' hands are tied. DH said he would quit if they don't give him the time off but I don't want that either. Good jobs are hard to come by these days.

Thanks for the support and encouragement. Hearing stories about the success of other people's birth stories makes me feel so much better. Want him to be healthy so badly.
I hope things with my sis get better, they have been strained for a very long time. I want to have a good relationship with her, it's just hard- probably for both of us.
Thanks again- C
