Those are just a few of the things I suffer from. I know all these things are present in my life because I am overweight.

My Goals:
To loose 115lbs
Eat more protein
Whole grains
Drink Lots of H2O
Cardio 4x a week
Strength Training 3x a week
Maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle

My Program:
Work out while watching TV or listening to some good music. I have set a goal of working out 4 days a week. I know I can do it. Staying away from the white stuff. Eating more whole grains, trying to do more protein. Im not a meat eater, so I need to push for more protein.

Thank you for sharing with me your fitness routine. I'm doing weight watchers and I really like it. I also do 60 min. each morning on the treadmill at the gym. Gonna step up my game this week tho. I bought Leslie Sansone 5 mile fat burning walk dvd and I ordered 30 day shred (I won't get it until the end of the week). Hopefully I will see more results than what I'm seeing now. I'm losing 1-2 pounds a week, which is supposed to be correct way, but I would like to be losing at least 4 pounds. I weigh in on tomorrow. Tuesdays have become my fav day of the week now. Let's keep the spark going! emoticon emoticon emoticon
