Ooh, my page is getting a lot of attention since I became the motivator of the day, but here's the thing....

It's when you realize you need the motivation that you do some of your best work. Keep at it. You will love yourself in the end for the results you gain. Small steps are better than no steps at all.

Hi there 😀, I've been eating a whole grain English muffin (100 cal) with a little peanut butter. Then after I've been at work a little whole my mid morning snack is half a Larabar or some fruit.
