Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. Believe me, before I shed 80 pounds I was doing the yo-yo dance. Then, just like you said in your intro I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired. So I did something radical. I changed my lifestyle instead of going on another diet. OK, so an "eating plan" and a "diet" are similar, but with one huge distinction. My eating plan is delicious, sustainable for the long term and the healthiest way I have ever eaten. Whenever I'm tempted to stray I remind myself of the health benefits as well as the weight loss. I have lowered my cholesterol and blood pressure, healed my fatty liver and my acid reflux, and my acne and sore joints. I think that's why I didn't really notice the emerging slender woman... because I was focusing on my health.
You can totally break your yo-yo cycle. If a former binge eater like me can do it so can you! You've got this.
