2017 January, lost 20 pounds last year! Here is my committment to lose the final 20!
I love Sparkpeople! I had lost over 20 pounds, in 2013, and with a lot of change (all positive). Unfortunately, health took a back seat, and I gained it back. However, I kept working out, so I look and feel better than I did the last time I was at this weight!
But, I know what to do. I will lose weight and gain fitness. This is just another opportunity.
I have tried to paper and pencil my calories and exercise, but with limited long term success. Sparkpeople works for me.
