Can I ask what you body fat percentage was when you started. I've lost 9% body fat but I have a looong way to go and I'm wondering if it is possible, at times. Are kettle bells a good way to lose body fat? Any suggestions... I'm doing portion control and protein drinks with Metabolic...lost 16 inches and converting body fat to muscle....any suggestions?

Thank you so much for the workout clothes goodie.

I really appreciate you spark friendship. Girl, you are truly an inspiration to me. I'm in my forties too and the end of them. But when I visit your page it really encourages me.

Keep doing what you're doing.

Have a great weekend!

Sometimes we all have those days where motivation is low, the scale lies, the work is too hard, the sun won't come out, you just don't want to bother, or it's easier just to eat the cake and not worry about it.

Yup, we all have them.

So when you do have them, here are some great, wise, words for you to ponder...

“The road to success is always under construction”
― Lily Tomlin

"Follow your passion, stay true to yourself, never follow someone else’s path unless you’re in the woods and you’re lost and you see a path then by all means you should follow that."
― Ellen Degeneres

"People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily."
― Zig Ziglar

"I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade... And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party."
― Ron White

"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go." – Dr. Seuss

emoticon it has been a while since I have been active on SP but....I'm baaaaacccckkk!!!! I was derailed by injuries, then health issues, then life.
It is a new day and a new season. I lost ground, but not wisdom or knowledge. I know what works and I am going to work it. Checking in to see who is on hiatus and who is active....Praying that all is well on your world.... emoticon
