Energy and persistence conquer all things
Wife to a US Army soldier, Mother to a 6 year old son. To be honest, in the past, I was giving a "half effort" at weight loss and being healthy. As long as it was convenient, as long as it wasn't inconveniencing my family, as long as it wasn't difficult, etc. You get the idea.

My Goals:
I would like to get down to 135 pounds and firm up my abs and glutes.
My Program:
Currently I visit the gym for most of my Cardio on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for weightlifting at home as well as Pilates, practicing at Zumba or playing Wii Fit with my son. I wear a GoWear Fit by BodyMedia to also provide feedback on calories burned, steps taken, and quality of sleep.
