Hey

Hi, My name is Letitia and I live the south suburbs of Chicago. I heard about this site in Good Housekeeping and figured I'd give it a try. I'd love to meet some local people to get together and workout. I love going for walks, bike rides, and hiking. At one point I was able to run and would like to make it my goal to get back into running and train for a 5k. Right now I'm a full time student and work part time (just one day a week).

wow i read your "about me" on your sp page and it sounded just like me. I too have had weight problems all my life. I think I've been on every diet known to man and I beleive that was the problem I have been on Sp for a month and in that month the two most important things I've learned is one it's not a diet it is a life style change and two if you fall off the wagon it's ok you can climb right back up and you will have friends helping to pull you up!
