A new beginning.

I am 44 now. I am currently exercising about 4-5 days a week. I am exercising to be healthier and to try to prevent myself from gertting diabetes as long as possible. I have a very strong family history of diabetics and if I can make changes in my lifestyle to prevent myself from carrying on that family history I certainly am going to do my best to try.

MSCHELLE0370 Almost completed Week 6 in my C25K program. But I'm really starting to feel challenged!

Thanks for visiting my page and commenting on my blog. I struggle everyday but I keep trying. I was doing really good, lost 60 lbs. and it is slowly creeping back so I thought I had better do something. I don't like my pants squeezing the life out of me!
