My goal is to eat healthier in 2014 and lose my extra pounds that I have put on and then maintain at my goal weight thereafter.

Wow- its been awhile! Its going good- Ive met my goal weight and Ive been maintaining. I started and stuck with doing Jillian videos and they burn it off fast! Hope your well:)

I love your beautiful kitties. Your Maya is so pretty! I love her leopard spots. I used to do a lot of walking about 10 years or so ago--I power-walked all the time, and did lots of races too, from 5Ks to full marathons. I got sidelined with a knee injury though, and then broke an ankle a couple of years after that. When I've tried to take it up again, I ended up with a lot of foot and ankle pain, so I've given that up. I do love riding, and I try to do various DVD workouts that I enjoy. I've been kind of struggling lately, because work's been busy and stressful, and it's been so hot and muggy lately that I really have to force myself. I do definitely feel better when I'm working out regularly though, so I try to remind myself of that! ;-)
