My Goals:
I have reached my goal of 155 pounds since March 2011 !! No surgery or medications for this girl, just ate healhy and found exercise to be a good thing. I completed by first 5K in April 2012 .

My Program:
I am eating apx 1500-1550 calories a day and burning 1500 calories a week.
