Getting Healthy in Ohio

My name is Jennifer. I have reached my weight loss goals over the past year. I am now wanting to tone and begin strength training. I have all but mastered the art of healthy eating (fresh is best...but all is well in moderation) and have gone as far I can go on diet alone...time to start working out a little. I am hoping logging activities and learning new workouts will do for my activity level what a food log did for my diet!

You might check out a couple of the strength training teams or weight lifting teams - you will get a ton of encouragement and support on those sites and they should help you accomplish your goals!
