My name is Beth and I have been trying to get back on track to lose weight for a while now. I heard about Sparkpeople from a friend of mine and decided to try it out! I'm doing well -got laid off again so I am going to school for Nursing.. Its going to take some time (3 years) but I just keep telling myself it will be worth it eventually.
