Hi. I'm Traci, age 40, and since last August, I've lost 65 pounds with help from Weight Watchers. I work out 5 days a week - 3 days of doing Couch to 5K training and 2 days of some sort of strength/interval training - usually a Jillian Michaels workout or something similar. I decided to check out SP because my weight loss has really slowed down on WW, so I'm looking for ways to shake things up and get these last 10 pounds off.
