losing weight for Lucy the dog!

Not really for the dog but I like to go for walks and so does she! I'm losing because I'm tired of being big. I used to be so skinny! Plus my husband shouldn't have to be married to the blob!

My Goals:
I'd like to lose a few lbs so that I won't hate getting my picture taken. Maybe I just won't have them printed?! I know I know... Losing the weight is the better option I guess!

My Program:
Quit eating like a pig...exercise more. I have also sworn off wine until Thanksgiving. I use it to unwind. this will be difficult but I know that it helps pack on the pounds so I need to be strong. Wine is really just a big waste of calories! Right?! Right?! RIGHT???!!

Honey at 136 you are still considered one of the skinnies. But if you want to get healthier and feel better about yourself you've come to the right place. I want to Thank You for the comments that you made on my Blog page I really like getting feed back. As far as Thanksgiving Day dinner I will cook some of it after the run. I usually go to my parents for dinner and my mom usually has everything ready I just have to put in the oven or on the stove top. She usually has to work every year, she's a cook at a nursing home, so it's not like you can put the residence on a shelf and deal with them on Monday. They have to eat too. So we'll have a later dinner. Well good luck to your healthier living journey.

Hello Mrendamascio! Somehow, I doubt you're a "blob." I hope you find all the support, motivation and success you need here at Spark. I noticed that you've joined a couple of SparkTeams, which is great. That is a wonderful way to meet other members who share your goals/interests.
