My Goals:
SparkPeople is helping to reclaim my goal weight - and FINALLY stay there!

My Program:
For me, and I suspect for many others, "it takes a village" to acheive and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Every now and then I'll strike out on my own - only to falter, and find I do need to "begin again, and again."
My weight management journey began in earnest back in '06. With the invaluable help of my medical weight management MD, my nutritionist, the occasional trainer, and support group. I found SparkPeople in Spring '10(I've tried several and think this one's the best!) Faithful attention to food logs and brutal honesty when entering caloric values is really the single most important part of my "program" right now. So much so, that when I travel, I'll use the smartphone to keep up.
