Personal Information:
I'm Shelli. I'm 49, married to the best guy, with a young adult son and teenage daughter. We live close to Cincinnati and share a house with Bubba the Incorrigible Bulldog. I'm Creative Arts Pastor for an awesome church. I love to hula hoop and play quirky instruments. Other Information:
Years ago, I lost 51 pounds by following another program. I felt amazing. I had so much energy and I felt like myself again. I was ready to maintain, but the program said I still needed to lose 35 more pounds. That seemed impossible to me. Discouraged, I quit, and put all the weight back on. My dad gently pointed me towards SP, because he's a member. I joined in Nov., 2010, but didn't really start working the program until March 2011. I've been up and down, but I'm loving it! This a place, where I can set realistic goals, be encouraged, and achieve success.
