I have been on Spark People for one year. It has been a great year. While I still have 32 pounds to go to reach my goal I have lost 48 lbs so far and I am thrilled. This last month has been a holding pattern with the holidays but I am determined to get back on track and reach my goal. One of the nicest treats is to go the doctor and have him/her rave about my weight instead of fuss! I love shopping in the misses section now and being able to find cute clothes for a change. Personal Information:
I am from a small town outside of Jacksonville, FL. I grew up here and my husband of thirteen years moved here when we married. We have a wonderful home in the country. We have no children but have an adopted grandchild and several great nieces and nephews that aare like grandchildren to us.
Other Information:
I am a Christian. I enjoy reading Christian novels and playing frisbee with my husband. I teach 5th grade Sunday School and sing in my church choir. I also collect stuffed bears.
