I am sorry to hear about your recent struggles with strength training if you want a great strength program you could always try the spark people videos or even try looking at how the exercises are done in the exercise library. I workout at home. Or one thing that gives a great calorie burn plus makes you feel good is strength training through circuit work. Check it out you just might find a great thing!! 3 days ago
I also got 11 on my ITC. We have had a busy week. My middle one broke his pinky last week and today he had surgery to get pins placed in it. I did get some good workouts in the last two days but yesterday I twisted my knee so I'm not off to a good start for this week. Glad it's an easy ITC. Hope your lil' doggie is ok 10 days ago
Thanks for stopping by and checking on me... I'm doing ok on my ITC's this week. I'm having to look up new upper body strength exercises because I usually do push ups or use dumbbells. I sprained one of my fingers and I can't lift anything heavy with it. So I have been doing arm circles ( which burn) and there are some more but I don't remember what they are. Enjoy your family time on Sunday, did you take a consistent day of the week off for the summer? I wish I had thought to do that. Off to a good start with BL first week, unfortunately had gained weight with company visiting last week so working my way back to the prior number. Never know how to answer that of SP - have you lost weight this week "why yes but not as much as I had gained ;)".
