Running with Sadie

I'm a 28-year-old mother of two beautiful girls: Sadie is 11 and Maddie is 2. My husband and I have been overweight for our entire lives, and it's time to change all that.

I want to run with Sadie to help her train for her track tryouts next year. I want Maddie to know me as her "fit and fun" mom. I want to feel attractive for my husband. I want to take family pictures that I'm not ashamed to hang on my wall. I want to be healthy and happy!

My goal is to lose 100 pounds by January 2011. I've never been to 150 in my adult years...so I'll re-evaluate where I want to be at that point.

My Program:
I plan on keeping within my reccomended calorie range. I will workout Mondays with trainer, Tuesdays and Thursdays at my weight lifting class, Wednesdays and Fridays with a trainer and Saturday morning kickfit. Rest on Sunday!Whew!
