Getting Fit in My 50s
Who says you're too old to get fit? I'm determined to keep my goals to stay as healthy as possible! Half the battle seems to be mental: attitude and motivation. I know I'll get lazy from time to time, but I also know I can get going again and get back on track.

walking 20-30 minutes 5 to 6 days a week cutting back on salt and fats eating more fruits and veggies
